The Primal Reboot Program
The challenges are many. We want better health, we want to endure more, accomplish more, go further. But where should one begin? We are inundated with dietary and exercise advice every day and often encounter conflicting tips and recommendations. At the same time, we just want to find a simple solution, a good program and structure that preferably combines several of our goals, managing weight while gaining better energy. Or increased strength while becoming more enduring. The frustration is sometimes palpable, does the method we're using yield the results we desire without compromising our health in the long term?
The solution is closer than you think. We simply take a few steps back, specifically 10,000 years back to human evolution. If we strip away all the modern aspects, and instead focus on what we are designed to eat, how we are meant to move, and how we are meant to live, we will have a completely different understanding of ourselves and entirely different tools to use. This is crucial. From now on, we will actively be able to promote our long-term health, with effortless weight management, increased energy, better endurance, and increased strength. With the Primal Method, we draw clues on how we should live today for optimal health from our evolutionary origin of 2.5 million years. There is no better starting point than our human DNA.
Primal Reboot is a comprehensive active coaching program that delivers actual, concrete results. The program is custom-designed based on your specific body composition goals and tailored to your circumstances together with a coach. The purpose of the program is to help you health-optimize so you have higher energy, become more productive, and get more out of everyday life, as well as during adventures. The duration of the program is 90 days, or 12 weeks, during which we lay out a long-term plan together and for you to effectively make lasting behavioral changes.

Content and Coaching Structure
The entire program revolves around you as the coached individual. Everything is tailored to your goals and unique circumstances. At the same time, the program includes several crucial key components, all to ensure your success. Together, we decide which parts to emphasize and focus on.
Each coaching session is conducted digitally via Zoom. Sessions are held every other week to give participants time to implement, test, and try out.
