About Erik the Primal Swede

Before we proceed, let me briefly introduce myself and why my experiences might be worth your attention. My name is Erik Calero Olsson, and I’m a certified Primal Health Coach and adventurer with a background in endurance sports, coaching, and global strategy. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in ultramarathons, triathlons, and solo expeditions, including biking across America and long-distance adventures across Europe. My focus is on helping driven individuals optimize their health, set ambitious goals, and execute their biggest challenges—both physically and mentally. I believe that pushing physical boundaries is the key to unlocking mental resilience and personal growth.

I offer dynamic, hands-on workshops centered around the theme of "Plan Your Next Big Challenge"—a blend of goal setting, dreaming big, and executing on those plans with concrete tools and methods. As seen in the videos above, my workshops are designed to turn ideas into action. Every participant will leave the session with a real plan and a practical checklist for their own upcoming adventure, endurance race, or personal challenge. Drawing from my own experiences and past challenges, I share real-world insights and inspiration to help others push their limits.
