THE PRIMAL SWEDE

Erik Calero Olsson

Before we proceed, let me briefly tell you something about myself and why it might be a good idea to listen to what I have to share. My name is Erik Calero Olsson, and I am a certified Primal Health Coach (holistic health approach based on 2.5 million years of human evolution through the Primal Health Coach Institute, USA. Additionally, I am a certified adventurer through the Adventure Academy in Stockholm.

Over a period of more than 10 years, I have dabbled in training and endurance sports, with a focus on ultramarathons and triathlons, in combination with entrepreneurship and personal development. Today, my focus is on coaching driven individuals who are open to new ideas and want to create real results in their lives. These are people who understand the importance of maintaining optimal well-being, reducing stress, improving sleep, managing weight effectively, and setting clear goals that include physical challenges, strength, and movement.

Furthermore, and this is crucial, I believe that all physical movement ultimately challenges you mentally. When you push yourself to go further, become stronger, and more resilient, you are also training your mind and mental toughness. You step outside your comfort zone, accomplish things you didn't think were possible, and learn what you are truly capable of. Exercise and movement are simply the optimal ways to achieve personal development and ultimately get to know yourself.

But first and foremost, for you as a reader to gain some perspective on who I am and what I have accomplished, I will list a few things I have achieved below. And, please, this is not to brag in any way. It may not even be an impressive list, that doesn't matter. It's possible you have done more things than me. The point is to show that anything is possible if you invest your time in the projects you want to realize, plan, train, and prepare the logistics to make it happen. Here's a taste below."
